Translation. Only the German version is binding.
1. Provider
Nullsaldo is provided by Alnerive (Anna Blanca Torres Rivas und Joy-Kevin Maldini), Lorzenparkstrasse 25, 6330 Cham (anna@alnerive.com). The app is for businesses, not for private individuals.
2. What the app does
Nullsaldo helps with the daily till closing: counting the till, comparing it with the till system, the card terminal and TWINT, sending reports and passing the day to your accounting once you approve it. Nullsaldo does not replace your accounting or your accountant and is not tax advice.
3. Your responsibility
You check the figures before approving a day and agree the accounts and VAT codes with your accountant. The legal retention of the accounts (10 years) happens in your accounting. You protect your logins and PINs and tell your staff that the app stores their first name.
4. Trial month, price, cancellation
The first month is free and ends at no cost if you do not order afterwards. After that, the price shown when you order applies, monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time to the end of the current month, by email or by deleting the account in the settings. We can cancel with 30 days’ notice, or immediately in case of misuse or non-payment after a reminder.
5. Availability
We make sure the app runs reliably but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Where possible, we work on the system during the day, not at closing time. Services from other providers (bexio, SumUp, Lightspeed, Payrexx, wallee) are subject to their own terms.
6. Liability
We are liable for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence. Otherwise, as far as the law allows, liability is excluded, in particular for indirect damage, lost profit and entries you have approved. In any case it is limited to the amounts you paid in the last 12 months.
7. Your data (data processing)
Your business’s data belongs to you. We process it only on your behalf and only to run the app (Art. 9 FADP): sales, counts, receipt photos, first names and optional email of shift leads, logins of owner, managers and accountant. We do not pass it on or sell it. It is stored in Switzerland (Infomaniak Network SA, Genf, Schweiz). Emails are sent via Resend Inc. (USA). Unless you turn reading off, photos of cash expenses are sent to Anthropic PBC (USA) to suggest the amount and supplier; Anthropic does not use them for training. We tell you in advance about any new sub-processor; you can then cancel. Anyone with access on our side is bound to confidentiality. We protect the data appropriately (encrypted connection and keys, hashed passwords and PINs, roles, daily backup), report security incidents to you without delay and help you with requests from the people concerned. When the contract ends we delete everything within 30 days, and the backups within a further 30 days. More in the privacy policy.
8. Changes
If we change these terms, we tell you by email at least 30 days in advance and ask for your consent in the app. If you do not agree, you can cancel.
9. Law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Alnerive (Anna Blanca Torres Rivas und Joy-Kevin Maldini). If a provision is invalid, the others remain valid.
